VCU Alumni seeks nominations for 10 Under 10 awards

Nominations are now open for VCU Alumni’s 2017 10 Under 10 awards, which recognize noteworthy and distinctive achievements made by alumni who have earned their first VCU degree within the past 10 years.

“Our GOLD alumni are exemplary from both an inspirational and an aspirational perspective,” VCU Alumni President Jim Williams said. “The 10 Under 10 awards provide an opportunity for us to recognize the remarkable accomplishments of alumni who have achieved notable success quickly following graduation.”

Nominations can be made by any person or group affiliated with VCU — students, faculty, staff or alumni. Nominees must have graduated from VCU between 2007 and 2016. Consideration is given to the nominee’s contributions in one or more of the following ways:

  • Service to the university
  • Service to VCU Alumni
  • Remarkable professional success
  • Outstanding contributions to the community
