Anne Dreyfuss joined the University Public Affairs staff in October 2014 as a public relations specialist, primarily covering VCU Health Sciences and VCU Life Sciences.
Prior to joining VCU she was associate editor at Richmond magazine, where she started as a staff writer in 2011. As a writer and editor for Richmond magazine, Dreyfuss promoted VCU’s medical, science and research initiatives through her work with stories that took her from the rapids of the James River Park System to the basement of the Richmond City Jail.
She was also the managing editor of Richmond Bride magazine and has worked as a freelance reporter for various regional publications.
Dreyfuss graduated from James Madison University in 2010 with a bachelor’s degree in journalism and a focus on print journalism.
