VCU Board of Visitors, VCU Health System Board of Directors to meet electronically July 29

The VCU Board of Visitors and VCU Health System Authority Board of Directors will hold a joint electronic meeting on July 29 at 1 p.m. 

The meeting will be held in both open session and closed session and board members will access the meeting electronically via Zoom. There will be a public comment period during the meeting, allotted for one hour. The BOV will receive comments only on matters pertaining to the proposed agenda items. If you would like to offer public comment at the July 29 meeting, you must register by providing the following information via email sent to name, email and phone number, VCU and/or VCUHealth affiliation (e.g. student, faculty, employee, alumni, parent, or member of the public), and request for reasonable accommodation. Speakers will proceed in the order of registration and should be online at the start of the meeting at 1 p.m. to facilitate meeting operations. Speakers will be limited to a maximum of three minutes each. Preference will be given on a first-come, first-served basis. The first 20 individuals to register will have the opportunity to speak during the public comment period; individuals beyond the first 20 to register may submit written comments (see below).

Individuals unable to attend the public comment period in person or to provide comment during the allotted one-hour period may provide written comment via an open comment portal to ensure an adequate opportunity for informed public comment on the proposed agenda items.
