VCU Board of Visitors Governance and Compensation Committee & VCU Board of Visitors Strategic Task Force to meet in-person and electronically

The meetings will take place in the Scott House, 909 West Franklin St.

The Virginia Commonwealth University Board of Visitors Governance and Compensation Committee will hold an in-person and electronic meeting on April 22, beginning at 1 p.m. Immediately following the meeting, the VCU Board of Visitors Strategic Task Force will hold an in-person and electronic meeting.

The Governance and Compensation Committee meeting will immediately go into closed session. The Task Force meeting will be held in open session.

The meetings will take place in the Scott House, 909 West Franklin St. Board members who are participating electronically will access the meeting via Zoom. The public may view a livestream of the open session videoconference at https://mssvideo.vcu.edu/BOV. Should you have any interruption with the video broadcast of the meeting, please contact Taron James at (804) 828-8313.
