VCU Board of Visitors Governance and Compensation Committee to meet in person and virtually April 13

The Virginia Commonwealth University Board of Visitors Governance and Compensation Committee will hold an in-person and virtual meeting on Wednesday, April 13, beginning at 10 a.m. The meeting will take place at the Scott House, 909 W. Franklin St.

The meeting will go immediately into closed session. The public may view a livestream of the open session videoconference at https://mssvideo.vcu.edu/BOV. Should you have any interruption with the video broadcast of the meeting, please contact Taron James at (804) 828-8313.

If you would like to attend the meeting in person on Wednesday, April 13, you must register by providing the following information via email sent to bov@vcu.edu: name, email and phone number, VCU affiliation, (e.g. student, faculty, employee, alumni, parent or member of the public), identify which meeting you plan to attend, and request for reasonable accommodation if needed. Please note in the subject line that you are registering to attend the BOV Governance and Compensation meeting. You may also call Chelsea Gray, board liaison, at (804) 828-9213 to register.
