Hot off a controversial U.S. Open match that Jennifer Capriati won over rival Serena Williams, 2-6, 6-4, 6-4, the two will meet again in Richmond, Virginia, for Anthem LIVE!, a benefit for VCU's Massey Cancer Center. This will be the first tennis expo where these two superstars have come together to support the fight against cancer. This unprecedented event will take place on Friday, September 17, 2004 at the Alltel Pavilion at the Virginia Commonwealth University Siegel Center. A full day of activities leads up to the main event.
An opener pro set between Richmond native Meghann Shaughnessy and Alexandra Stevenson will precede the Serena Williams-Jennifer Capriati match for Anthem LIVE! at 7 p.m.

Anthem is producing the fund-raising event as part of its continued support of research to fight cancer. One hundred percent of ticket proceeds will go to the Anthem Cancer Research Endowment Fund at Massey Cancer Center.
