Event proceeds to benefit Hospital Hospitality House

VCU Music presents 28th annual Holiday Gala

In celebration of the holiday season, the Department of Music in the Virginia Commonwealth University School of the Arts hosts the 28th annual Holiday Gala, benefiting Richmond’s Hospital Hospitality House.

The event takes place Friday, Dec. 5, at 7:30 p.m. in the W.E. Singleton Center for the Performing Arts, Vlahcevic Concert Hall, 922 Park Ave.

The program of holiday music will feature VCU's Jazz Orchestra II, the Symphonic Wind Ensemble, the Commonwealth Singers, the Guitar Ensembles and other VCU ensembles. Proceeds from this festive event benefit the Hospital Hospitality House, which provides lodging and nonmedical services to families and individuals in medical crisis.

Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children ages 12 and under. Tickets can be purchased in advance by calling the box office at 804-828-6776 or visiting go.vcu.edu/holidaygala.
