Advisory Committee of VCU and VCU Health System Boards to Meet April 9 on Independent Children’s Hospital

An advisory committee of the Virginia Commonwealth University Board of Visitors and the VCU Health System Board of Directors will meet at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, April 9, at the Critical Care Hospital in the Benjamin Lambert Conference Room (second floor), located at 1213 E. Clay St., Richmond, to discuss the Independent Children’s Hospital.

This first meeting of the advisory committee will convene and immediately go into closed session to discuss operational strategies where disclosure of such strategies would adversely affect the competitive position of the Authority including a Strategic Planning Discussion Related to Children’s Health Care. 

In accordance with the board’s operating procedures and in compliance with the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, there shall be no opportunity for public comment at this meeting.
