VCU Board of Visitors to Meet Dec. 13

The Virginia Commonwealth University Board of Visitors has scheduled committee and full board meetings on Friday, Dec. 13, on VCU’s Monroe Park Campus at the University Student Commons, 907 Floyd Ave.

In accordance with the Board’s operating procedures and in compliance with the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, there shall be no opportunity for public comment at this meeting.

The schedule is as follows:

8:00 a.m. – 9:15 a.m.      Audit, Integrity & Compliance Committee

9:25 a.m. - 10:40 a.m.     Academic and Health Affairs Committee

                                                 Richmond Salons III and IV

                                                 Governance and Compensation Committee

10:45 a.m. – Noon          University Resources 

                                                 Richmond Salons III and IV

                                                 Finance, Budget and Investment Committee

                                                 Richmond Salons I and II

 

12:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.    Full Board Meeting
