Carver-VCU partnership plans health fair

RICHMOND, Va. – The Fourth Annual Carver-Virginia Commonwealth University Partnership Community Health Fair will be held on April 28 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Commonwealth Cancer Institute, 1109 W. Marshall St. The fair will offer free dental, vision, blood pressure, breast cancer and prostate cancer health screenings.

Children’s activities and information on health, careers, senior and youth programs and crime prevention also will be offered. Participants can learn about the many valuable health and social service programs available in the Richmond community by attending the health fair.
