'Off Campus' art show open in Louisa

Virginia Commonwealth University’s Off-campus Graduate Art program has attracted art teachers from Fairfax to Virginia Beach. Weekly studio art classes allow the participating teachers to earn relicensure or a Master of Interdisciplinary Studies degree. The courses are sponsored by the Division of Community Engagement, in cooperation with the School of the Arts

An exhibition of work by instructors in the program may be viewed at the Louisa Art Center, 212 Fredericksburg Ave., Louisa, Va. The show opened Oct. 24 and continues until Dec. 5. The Louisa Art Center is open weekdays from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m.
