President Rao to Address Eyes on Richmond Forum

Virginia Commonwealth University President Michael Rao, Ph.D., will present “VCU & Richmond: Leading Research” at the Eyes on Richmond lunchtime forum on Friday, Sept. 24, at St. Paul's Episcopal Church Parish House, 815 E. Grace St.

The annual Eyes on Richmond forum is a series of individual presentations given by key leaders on topics important to the Richmond community. This year’s theme is “Richmond Changing: What’s Next for Our City?”
