VCU Board of Visitors Committee to Meet Oct. 8, 2009

A special committee of the Virginia Commonwealth University Board of Visitors will be held on Thursday, Oct. 8, 2009, from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. in the conference room located at 910 West Franklin St.

The meeting will be in closed session to discuss the acquisition or use of real property for public purpose, or of the disposition of publicly held real property, where discussion in an open session would adversely affect the bargaining position or negotiating strategy of VCU as authorized by the Virginia Freedom of Information Act.
