VCU Board of Visitors’ Executive and Presidential Evaluation and Compensation Committees to Meet March 4

The Executive Committee of the Virginia Commonwealth University Board of Visitors will meet at 8 a.m., Tuesday, March 4, in the President’s House conference room, located at 910 W. Franklin St., Richmond.
This meeting of the executive committee is to consider time-sensitive items from the February board meeting, which was postponed due to inclement weather.
The VCU Board of Visitors Presidential Evaluation and Compensation Committee will meet the same day at 9:15 a.m. in the President’s House conference room, 910 W. Franklin St., Richmond.
The meeting will immediately go into closed session.
Board member Teresa Carlson will participate remotely from the following address: 12900 Worldgate Drive, Suite 800, Herndon, Va. 20170.
In accordance with the board’s operating procedures and in compliance with the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, there shall be no opportunity for public comment at this meeting.
