VCU Board of Visitors Executive and Presidential Evaluation and Compensation committees to meet June 30

The Executive Committee of the Virginia Commonwealth University Board of Visitors will meet at 9 a.m., Monday, June 30, in the President’s House conference room, 910 W. Franklin St., Richmond.

The meeting will immediately go into closed session.

Board member John Luke will participate remotely from the following address: 501 S. 5th St., Richmond, Va. 23284.

The VCU Board of Visitors Presidential Evaluation and Compensation Committee will meet the same day at 10 a.m. in the President’s House conference room, 910 W. Franklin St., Richmond.

The meeting will immediately go into closed session.

Board member Teresa Carlson will participate remotely from the following address: St. Regis Resort, 315 East Dean St., Aspen, Co. 81611.

In accordance with the board’s operating procedures and in compliance with the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, there shall be no opportunity for public comment at this meeting.
