VCU Board of Visitors Presidential Evaluation Compensation Committee to Meet July 29

The Virginia Commonwealth University Board of Visitors has scheduled its Presidential Evaluation Compensation Committee meeting for Monday, July 29, from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. in the President's House conference room located at 910 W. Franklin St.

The committee will immediately go into closed session to discuss personnel matters.

Board members Nancy Everett and Thomas Farrell will participate remotely from the following addresses, respectively, 55 E. 52^nd St., New York, NY, 10055; and 120 Tredegar St., Richmond, VA, 23219.

In accordance with the Board’s operating procedures and in compliance with the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, there shall be no opportunity for public comment at this meeting.
