VCU Board of Visitors to Meet Sept. 16, 18 and 19

The Virginia Commonwealth University Board of Visitors has scheduled committee and full board meetings on Monday, Sept. 16, and Thursday, Sept. 19, and a working session on board governance on Wednesday, Sept. 18. All meetings will be held on VCU’s Monroe Park Campus.

In accordance with the Board’s operating procedures and in compliance with the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, there shall be no opportunity for public comment at these meetings.

The schedule is as follows:

Monday, Sept. 16, at 910 W. Franklin St.

• 12:30 p.m. – Presidential Evaluation and Compensation Committee meeting
  Note: This meeting will immediately go into closed session to discuss personnel matters involving the performance of identifiable employees or faculty of VCU

 

• 1:15 p.m. - Finance, Budget and Investment Committee meeting
  Note: This meeting will go into closed session to discuss property acquisitions and building security

 

 Wednesday, Sept. 18, at 909 W. Franklin St.

• 4 p.m.       – Working session on board governance

 

Thursday, Sept. 19, at 907 Floyd Ave., University Student Commons, Richmond Salons I-IV

• 8 a.m.     – Audit, Integrity and Compliance Committee meeting

 

• 9:25 a.m. – Academic and Health Affairs Committee meeting

 

• 9:25 a.m. – Governance and Compensation Committee meeting

 

• 10:45 a.m. – University Resources Committee meeting

 

• 12:30 p.m. – Full board meeting
