VCU Lecture On Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing Canceled

Virginia Commonwealth University School of Nursing’s second Legacy Lecture in Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing scheduled for today at 4 p.m. has been canceled.

Susan McCabe, Ed.D., associate professor in the School of Nursing at the University of Wyoming, was to present “Improving outcomes of patients with psychiatric disorders: Intersections of evidence, innovations, and thoughtful caring.”

The Legacy Lectureship was established to honor the outstanding careers and accomplishments of four former School of Nursing faculty: Lorna Barrell, Ph.D., Katherine Bobbitt, Ed.D., Gloria Francis, Ph.D., and Barbara Munjas, Ph.D.
