VCU President Michael Rao will deliver his State of the University Address on Thursday

Virginia Commonwealth University President Michael Rao, Ph.D., will discuss how VCU can positively impact Virginians during his fourth annual State of the University Address.

Reporters are invited to cover the address on Thursday, Jan. 26, beginning at 11 a.m. in Lecture Hall 303 at James Branch Cabell Library, 901 Park Ave. Limited media parking is available. Contact University Public Affairs at 804-828-1231 for details.

The address, which will focus on using VCU’s talent and resources to do what’s difficult to help the people of Virginia, will be streamed on VCU’s home page, www.vcu.edu, and VCU's Facebook page, go.vcu.edu/vcufacebook. Sign language interpreters will be available for the deaf and hard of hearing.
