VCU Real Estate Students Honored with Awards

The Department of Finance, Insurance and Real Estate in the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Business recognized two students this month for the department’s Distinguished Service and Outstanding Student awards.
Bryce Lyle, a candidate for the master’s degree in real estate valuation, received the Outstanding Student award, and Kurt Wallenborn, who is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in real estate, received the Distinguished Service award. Wallenborn also was installed as the 2011-12 president of Rho Epsilon, the professional real estate fraternity at VCU.
Lyle graduated from Maggie Walker Governor’s School for Government and International Studies in Richmond. He has a bachelor’s degree in history from Virginia Tech and a master’s degree in education from William and Mary.
Wallenborn graduated from Hidden Valley High School in Roanoke.
