VCU School of Business hosts 26th Real Estate Trends Conference

Industry leaders will address trends affecting the real estate and business economies at the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Business’ 26th annual Real Estate Trends Conference next month.

The conference, organized by the Kornblau Real Estate Program in the School of Business, will be held Oct. 13 at the Greater Richmond Convention Center. Doors open, with registration and a continental breakfast, at 7:30 a.m.The program starts at 8:30 a.m.

The conference is expected to attract more than 1,300 people from both the academic and professional ranks and from all sectors of real estate.

Hessam Nadji, president and CEO for Marcus & Millichap, a financing and investing company, will kick off the conference with a real estate economic overview.

Kenneth W. Gronbach, author, demographer, futurist and president of KGC Direct, a marketing research company, will lead a panel discussion on “Demography is Destiny.” Networking after the panel will close out the event.
