Members of the Virginia Biotechnology Research Partnership Authority Board of Directors will meet Wednesday, Feb. 15, 2012, in the President’s House, 910 W. Franklin St.

The meeting will convene at 1 p.m., and then go into closed session to discuss personnel matters.
