Abigail Klose joined VCU as a legal assistant in June 2023. In addition to providing support to the Office of University Counsel, she assists VCU’s FOIA officer, Michele Howell, with processing and responding to records requests made under the Virginia Freedom of Information Act.
Prior to joining VCU, she worked at the Virginia Office of the Attorney General as a legal billing specialist, where she reviewed invoices submitted by outside counsel and provided administrative assistance to the Office of General Counsel.
She received bachelor’s degrees in pre-law and politics and policy from Liberty University in 2021.
