The Virginia Commonwealth University Board of Visitors has scheduled a reception on Oct. 28 and a Board of Visitors Retreat on Oct. 29. The meeting details are below.

Thursday, Oct. 28:

The Rector and President will host a VCU Board of Visitors and VCUHS Board of Directors reception on Oct. 28 at 6 p.m. at the Robins Center at Maymont, 2201 Shields Lake Drive, Richmond, Virginia. The reception is invitation only.

Friday, Oct. 29:

The Board of Visitors Retreat will take place at the Garden Hall at Maymont, 1700 Hampton Street, Richmond, Virginia, and begin at 8:30 a.m. The meeting will be held in open and closed sessions.

If you would like to attend the Board of Visitors Retreat in person on Oct. 29, you must register by providing the following information via email sent to bov@vcu.edu: name, email and phone number, VCU affiliation, (e.g., student, faculty, employee, alumni, parent or member of the public), identify you plan to attend the BOV Retreat, and request for reasonable accommodation if needed. Please note in the subject line that you are registering to attend the Oct. 29 BOV Retreat. You may also call Chelsea Gray, board liaison, at (804) 828-9213 to register.
