VCU Board of Visitors members to meet in person for the BOV Scholarship interviews Feb. 28

Members of the Virginia Commonwealth University Board of Visitors will hold an in-person meeting on Feb. 28, beginning at 2 p.m. The meeting will be held in open and closed session at the Scott House, 909 W. Franklin St.
