VCU Police Looking for Student - Update

Virginia Commonwealth University Police are continuing their search for a 22-year-old student and on Monday released a photo of his bicycle.

VCU Police Capt. Grant Warren said the department is looking for Jonathan S. Dorey, who is between 5 feet, 10 inches and 6 feet tall, weighs between 180 and 200 pounds and has brown hair.

Police say they have no reason to believe foul play is involved in the student’s disappearance, but would like to talk to anyone who has seen Dorey. He wears glasses and was last seen wearing a blue and white plaid jacket with a hood and dark blue jeans. He is an accomplished mountain bicyclist, and was riding a black mountain bike. 

The bicycle is black with a red stripe in the middle of the seat, police said.
