VCU Board of Visitors’ Special Awards and Nominating Committees to Meet Feb. 4

A meeting of the Virginia Commonwealth University Board of Visitors Special Awards Committee will be held on Monday, Feb. 4, 2013, at 10:30 a.m. in the President’s House conference room located at 910 W. Franklin St.

This committee will immediately go into closed session to discuss award recipients.

The VCU Board of Visitors Nominating Committee will meet the same day at 12:30 p.m. in Scott House, 909 W. Franklin St.

This committee will immediately go into closed session to discuss personnel matters.

In accordance with the Board’s operating procedures and in compliance with the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, there shall be no opportunity for public comment at these meetings.
