VCU Graphic Design and Interior Design Departments Host 'Open Nite'

The Departments of Graphic Design and Interior Design in the Virginia Commonwealth University School of the Arts will hold a five-story “Open Nite” on Friday, opening up their studio doors to share their work with the public and the Richmond design community.
The event will be held from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. on each of the five floors of the Pollak Building, 325 N. Harrison St. The event is designed to bridge the gap between professional and educational activities with the aim of making design a thoughtful presence, important attribute, necessity and force in Richmond. The event is free and open to everyone.
“Open Nite” will showcase the studio process and student projects from the bachelor of fine arts and master of fine arts programs in the departments of Graphic Design and Interior Design.
