Rho Epsilon, the professional real estate fraternity at the VCU School of Business, earlier this month selected its officers for 2011-12 and honored a longtime professor.

Kurt Wallenborn, a Roanoke native who is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in real estate, was installed as Rho Epsilon’s president for the upcoming academic year. Other officers include: Katie Coleman of Richmond as vice president, Charlie Marston of Richmond as treasurer, Kaitlin Comstock of Charlottesville as secretary and Joey Stemmle of Midlothian as assistant treasurer.

In addition, Walter Griggs Jr., associate professor of management, was selected the outstanding faculty member of the year. He has served the school in a variety of capacities, including as a professor, a department chair and a dean of undergraduate admissions.
