Jay Bilas, Willy Walker featured speakers at 32nd annual Real Estate Trends Conference on Oct. 10

The event will highlight new trends and insights from leading real estate professionals.

A renowned ESPN analyst and a top commercial real estate CEO will headline the 32nd annual Real Estate Trends Conference presented by the Virginia Commonwealth University Business School’s Kornblau Real Estate Program.

The event, where industry leaders address trends affecting the real estate and business economies, will be held on Thursday, Oct. 10, at the Henrico Sports and Events Center. Doors open for registration, networking and a continental breakfast at 7:30 a.m.; the program starts at 9 a.m.

Keynote speaker Jay Bilas is an Emmy-nominated ESPN analyst, New York Times best-selling author and leadership expert. He played basketball at Duke University, was drafted by the NBA’s Dallas Mavericks and is a practicing attorney.

Real estate keynote speaker Willy Walker is chairman and CEO of Walker & Dunlop, a leading commercial real estate finance company in the United States. Under Walker’s leadership, the firm has seen significant growth and recognition, including being listed on the New York Stock Exchange and named one of Fortune’s “Fastest Growing Public Companies.”
