The Virginia Commonwealth University Board of Visitors will hold in-person committee meetings^[1] on March 20, beginning at 1 p.m. All meetings will take place at VCU Medical Center Critical Care Hospital, 1213 E. Clay St., Lambert Boardroom. The meetings will be held in open and closed sessions. Editor’s note: The schedule of meetings has changed since the original advisory was shared on March 13.

The public may view a livestream of the open session video conference at mssvideo.vcu.edu/BOV. Should you have any interruption with the video broadcast of the meeting, please contact Taron James at 804-828-8313. Details are below.

1 - 2:15 p.m.	Audit, Integrity and Compliance Committee
2:30 - 3:30 p.m.	Facilities, Real Estate and Administration Committee

8 - 9 a.m.	Academic and Health Affairs Committee
9:15 - 10:45 a.m.	Finance and University Resources Committee
11 a.m.	VCU Board of Visitors

The meeting times of the committees and full board are approximate; the board cannot always anticipate changes in the length of its meetings.

PUBLIC COMMENT

There will be a public comment period at the beginning of the full board meeting on Friday, March 21.

If you would like to offer public comment on the proposed agenda items at the March 21 meeting at 11 a.m., you should register by providing the following information via email to bov@vcu.edu: name, email and phone number, VCU affiliation (e.g., student, faculty, employee, alumni, parent or member of the public), and request for reasonable accommodation if needed. Please note in the subject line that you are registering to speak at the March 2025 BOV meeting public comment.

Speakers will proceed in the order of registration and should be in person at the start of the meeting at 11 a.m. Speakers may provide materials in advance if they wish to share with the Board of Visitors.

Individuals unable to attend the public comment period or to provide comment may provide written comment via an open comment portal to ensure an adequate opportunity for informed public comment on the proposed agenda items. All comments submitted to the portal must be made by 4:30 p.m., March 17.
