Are You the Ultimate Ram?

It’s been one year since Virginia Commonwealth University named its inaugural Ultimate Ram and now it’s time to name the heir apparent.

To nominate a friend or yourself, post on the VCU Facebook page between now and Feb. 17 and share why you believe you or your friend should be named the Ultimate Ram. There are lots of different ways to tell us:

• Write an essay and post it as a note.
• Create a YouTube video and share the link.
• Show us a picture or video of you wearing your VCU gear in the national media. (Hello, “Today” show!)
• Update your status with the reason why you should be the Ultimate Ram and tag “Virginia Commonwealth University” in the post.

Three finalists will be selected and VCU Facebook fans can vote by “liking” their favorite Ultimate Ram. The winner will be crowned on Feb. 25 at the last men’s basketball home game when the team takes on George Mason University at the VCU Stuart C. Siegel Center.

Prizes include bragging rights and other VCU goodies, including tickets to the 2012 CAA Tournament.
