Two VCU polls scheduled for the fall; input welcomed from the media

The Center for Public Policy at the L. Douglas Wilder School of Government and Public Affairs at Virginia Commonwealth University has scheduled two additional statewide polls before the Nov. 3 election. Both polls will track Virginians’ preferences for president and U.S. Senate, as well as opinions about the ongoing pandemic and a variety of other important issues.

The poll director, Farrah Stone, Ph.D., welcomes ideas from the media for poll subjects and questions for the September poll by noon, Aug. 21. Please email them to stonefn@vcu.edu. Stone can also be reached at (804) 305-3447. 

Fall 2020 Poll Schedule:

September poll: Release date, Sept. 14
   Field time: Aug. 26- Sept. 9
   
October poll:  Release date, Oct. 27
   Field time: Oct. 7-21
