VCU Academic and Health Affairs Policy Committee to Meet June 19

The Academic and Health Affairs Committee of the Virginia Commonwealth University Board of Visitors will hold a special meeting at 3:00 p.m., Thursday, June 19, 2008, at the VCU Meeting Center, 101 N. Harrison St., Richmond.

This is a closed meeting to discuss personnel matters related to an investigation.

In accordance with the board's operating procedures and in compliance with the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, there will be no opportunity for public comment at the meeting.

Committee Chair Tom Snead said there will be no public statements following the meeting. He said the committee's work continues and at this time appears to be on track to complete the investigation by July 1.
