VCU Board of Visitors Presidential Evaluation Compensation Committee to Meet Dec. 10

The Virginia Commonwealth University Board of Visitors has scheduled its Presidential Evaluation Compensation Committee meeting for Tuesday, Dec. 10, from 2:15 p.m. to 3:15 p.m. in the President's House conference room, located at 910 W. Franklin St.

The committee will immediately go into closed session to discuss personnel matters.

Board member Teresa Carlson will participate remotely from the following address: Amazon Web Services, 12900 Worldgate Drive, Suite 800, Herndon, Va. 20170.

In accordance with the Board’s operating procedures and in compliance with the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, there shall be no opportunity for public comment at this meeting.
