VCU Board of Visitors to Meet Aug. 12, 13

The Virginia Commonwealth University Board of Visitors has scheduled a series of meetings on Wednesday, Aug. 12 and Thursday, Aug. 13 in the Richmond Salons meeting rooms at the University Student Commons, 907 Floyd Ave., Richmond.

The schedule is as follows:

Wednesday, Aug. 12

  9:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.     Audit and Compliance Committee
10:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.     Academic and Health Affairs Policy Committee
10:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.     Finance, Investment and Property Committee
11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.     External Relations Committee
11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.     Student Affairs Committee

12:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.     Regular quarterly meeting of the Board of Visitors
  2:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.     Board working session

Thursday, Aug. 13

8:30 a.m. – noon         Board working session

In accordance with the board’s operating procedures and in compliance with the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, there will be no opportunity for public comment at the meetings.
