VCU Communications and Public Relations’ Winter Closing Advisory

Virginia Commonwealth University will be closed Dec. 22, 2008, through Jan. 2, 2009. Media are advised that the Office of Communications and Public Relations will be available for emergencies only during the winter closing.

All enterprise reporting should be handled before 5 p.m., Friday, Dec. 19, 2008. The 24-hour, on-call pager number for genuine news emergencies is (804) 759-7675. The office reopens on Jan. 5.
